Legal Aid Representation Agreement

This Legal Aid Representation Agreement (the « Agreement ») is entered into as of [Date] by and between [Law Firm Name] (« Firm ») and the client (« Client »), collectively referred to as the « Parties ».

1. Scope Representation The Firm agrees to provide legal representation to the Client in all matters related to family law, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and division of matrimonial property.
2. Responsibilities the Firm The Firm shall diligently represent the Client`s interests, provide legal advice and counsel, prepare and file necessary court documents, attend court hearings and negotiations, and advocate on behalf of the Client to the best of its abilities.
